If you are unable to take up your booking due to Government enforced travel restrictions, you may transfer any deposit or prepaid amount to a future booking in the current season or next year (2021).
Please note that cancellations for any dates where Government travel restrictions do not apply at the time of cancellation are subject to our normal Terms and Conditions below.
How do I check availability and price?
The simplest way is to click “Book Now” from the menu and enter your preferred dates and details of your party (number of adults, children etc). The booking system will then tell you what type of pitches are available for those dates and how much it will cost. You can then choose to book or select alternative dates / options.

Do I need to book?
Do I have to pay a deposit?
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required when booking a pitch (min £25 or cost of stay). Your booking dates can be amended up to to 14 days prior to arrival. Unfortunately this is necessary due to the number of people who book a pitch and then do not show up.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance in case you need to cancel your holiday.
If you cancel 14 days or more before your arrival date your non-refundable deposit is all you pay, if you have made any additional payment toward your holiday in excess of the non-refundable deposit this will be repaid to you..
No refunds are available if you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date.
Please do take out insurance against this eventuality.

What if I need to change the dates of my booking?
You may change the dates of your booking up to 14 days prior to arrival, subject to availability, and your non-refundable deposit will transfer to the amended booking. We do not charge to change your booking.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Our standard arrival and departure time is 12 noon.
Latest arrival time for pre-booked pitches is 9pm (you must advise us if you plan to arrive after 7pm).
…If you haven’t booked and we do have an available pitch, latest arrival time is 8pm.
Outside bank holiday weekends, July and August we are very flexible on departure times. Late departures can often be arranged for a small donation to one of the charities we support.
Can I choose my own pitch?
When you arrive we will show you the pitches we have available on the day for you to choose from. Individual pitches cannot be reserved in advance except in cases of special need, for example a person using a wheelchair who needs to be close to the wheelchair accessible facilities.
Can we book adjacent pitches?
We will do our very best to get families holidaying together onto adjacent pitches if at all possible. As our guests choose their pitch on arrival, at busy times we do not know in advance which pitches will be available on a particular day so whilst we make every effort to get you together we cannot absolutely guarantee this. This is however a small Park so even if we are unable to get adjacent pitches you will not be far apart.
Can we use a Barbeque?
Charcoal or gas barbecues may be used on site. They must be above ground to not damage the grass, and kept well away from bankings. tents, awnings and other flammable areas.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MAY WOOD BE USED – wood spits, and is a significant risk to you and your fellow campers. – Charcoal only please.
How many people can we have on one pitch?
A maximum of 6 persons may be accommodated on one pitch.
Can we have visitors to stay with us during our holiday?
Yes, you are welcome to have visitors to stay with you so long as the pitch occupancy levels are not exceeded (6 persons). You or your visitors will need to pay any additional fees on arrival, cars may need to be parked off-site if they cannot be accommodated on your pitch. 3m fire breaks must be respected between pitches for your and others’ safety.
Can I have a refund if I decided to leave early?
No, sorry but we do not offer refunds if you leave before the end of your booking.
We have 2 small tents, can we put them both on one pitch?
Yes, if one family has 2 small tents instead of a single large tent they may both go on the same pitch so long as they fit into the pitch area and do not obstruct the fire breaks.
How big are your pitches?
Our pitches are at least 8m wide and from 9m in length – some much longer.
The longest unit we can accommodate is 32ft / 9.75m (please contact us if you unit is in excess of 26ft / 8m long so that we can ensure a suitably sized pitch is reserved for you.
Does my dog have to be on a lead?
Yes, dogs must be on a lead and under control at all times on the Park. We can advise you where you can exercise your dog off-lead away from the Park
Will my pitch have an electric hookup?
Yes, all our pitches have a 16 amp electric hookup. Reasonable use of electricity is included in your pitch fee. In addition our fully serviced pitches have their own fresh water tap and drain.
I'd like to try camping with electric hookup but the cables are expensive to buy, do you hire them?
Yes, we have a small number of Tent Mains Leads available to hire, these must be requested at the time of booking to avoid disappointment.
How do I book storage for my boat or a pontoon berth?
Boat storage and pontoon berths are available adjacent to the Park. This facility is owned and operated by the Fowey Harbour Commissioners.
